Water Marshall contracts with accredited, independent third-party laboratories to perform all water testing and analysis. While we select reputable partners, we do not operate or control these labs and therefore:

• Cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of test results.

• Are not liable for errors, delays, or omissions caused by the lab.

2. No Warranty

Test results are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Water Marshall:

• Does not warrant that results are error-free or fit for any specific purpose (e.g., legal, medical, or commercial decisions).

• Disclaims liability for actions taken based on test results, including health treatments, property repairs, or regulatory compliance.

3. Client Responsibility

• Sample Integrity: Clients are responsible for following proper sample collection/storage procedures. Contaminated or improperly collected samples may yield inaccurate results.

• Interpretation: We recommend consulting a qualified expert (e.g., hydrologist, physician) before acting on results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Water Marshall’s liability is limited to:

• Refunding the cost of the test (if errors are proven to originate from our direct negligence).

• Excludes consequential, indirect, or punitive damages (e.g., illness, property damage, lost profits).

5. Legal Compliance

Clients assume full responsibility for complying with local regulations (e.g., wastewater discharge laws) based on test results.
